My vehicle was picked up as scheduled on a Wednesday in PA and retrieved on Saturday in FL. The truck driver kept in contact by cell phone during the process and had the vehicle at our destination when we arrived. The vehicle was clean and undamaged. Our driver, Ernesto, was courteous throughout the process.
