I recently decided to move from San Diego, CA to Atlanta, Georgia. I read many reviews that said an auto transport company would be far less money to ship my two vehicles so I began reading reviews online about auto transport companies. There were dozens and dozens of these companies that terrible reviews and nightmare stories from their customers. Even the best ones had their fair share of negative feedback. I knew because of the nature of this business that many variables can cause things to go wrong. I picked Auto Transporters online because they seemed overall to be a fair and solid company with good customer service.

I spoke with Caroline Rowe and explained to her that I was flying from Atlanta to California in about a week and that I only had a window of seven days for the cars to be picked up. She assured me that she didn't think it would be a problem so I set my pick-up window for Aug. 20th - Aug. 22nd. Caroline was wonderful and was very helpful when choosing the level of service I should pay for. I initially thought a closed truck would be the way to go as I have a very nice Escalade and a Mercedes SL500. She explained that that would be excessive and that the Silver service should be sufficient. She could have oversold and she didn't. I felt confident after speaking with her that I had made a good decision in choosing the right transport company.

A day or two later I was informed that a driver would be picking up my vehicles the very first day of my window. Doesn't get any better than that!!! There was just one problem though... my flight to CA wouldn't get in until later that day. I called Caroline and she was able to let the driver know. I was then contacted by Dan "the driver" and we discussed a pick-up a few days later. I flew in on a Wednesday evening and he picked up the cars Thursday afternoon! The only other problem I had now is that I had to rent a car :)

The driver told me that the cars would be in Atlanta by Sunday evening... How wonderful is that! My cars would beat me home!

The cars arrived in perfect condition and without any issue whatsoever. I really was prepared for some minor headaches but everything went perfect! There also were NO hidden costs and my quotes were very reasonable.

I would recommend this company (and Carol) to ANYONE looking to transport their vehicles ANYWHERE!!!
