Was told by Chalean that my vehicle would ship in a week, Spoke to Tom in customer service, after waiting over a week that my vehicle would ship when they could get a truck to pick it up, one month later vehicle was still sitting, upped the price I would pay and it still sat. Called another company on July 1, they told me that my vehicle would ship on July 6th which it did and arrived on July 9th, for less money then Tom had me up the price to. The only thing that Auto cars transportion did was take my deposit and will not give it back. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hi Annette, You were not shipping a car, you were shipping an OVERSIZED Dually truck. No broker could have moved it sooner. If you had not canceled with us then WE would have assigned the same carrier for the same price. YOU chose to cancel with us.
