Hi Anthony, First, YOU changed your original pick up date because on the day we were supposed to pick up one of your vehicles was not ready and was still in the repair shop. Second, your vehicles were going to WYOMING. What readers should take away from your experience is that if someone is going to an out of the way place there is not a carrier leaving every day. You were impatient and would not wait until the next carrier and you canceled on us.
