Not getting paid when i was told i would

From the start i was not given important information that i needed to get paid. I heard more than one story on when id get paid and how I coud get paid. i'm still waiting. I email and don't get timely replys or not at all. it seems like they have a lack of communicatin or they do it intentianally. I know the customer doesnt get to hold off on what they have to pay, why does acertus? So the customer pays...what do they do with the money? they certianly didnt take care of me.The person who delivered the vehicle for them. Not so far. You cannot get into face book with them unless you are accepted into the group..huh! I wonder why?
