It's been over a week since I paid copart to have RCG ship a vehicle and still haven't received a delivery date. I don't have any answers let alone a date for a 400 mile transport that other companies offered same day service. Not to mention my money is tied up and I can't afford to cancel the shipment with RCG.. I would not use RCG ever again and advise people that they have better options available.. RCG is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with and the proof is that most companies can make this delivery in two to four days. Its already been 8 days and neither company has given me a date or even a estimate of when they plan on actually performing there job duties.. stay away from RCG and don't give them your money .. don't pay for their services and find a company that is accountable and sustainable.. a company that doesn't take three weeks for a seven hour drive.. on top of it all they have done absolutely nothing to rectify the process and resolve it...
