We are happy to hear you were pleased with our fast service. We do apologize for the carelessness of our driver, especially getting the interior dirty. Most parts on the truck are dirty since it is an open carrier and when they strap on the tires, it can get messy. Also, the chain coming loose was a problem that this particular driver’s truck had. He is no longer working with us and the trucks that we have now use straps and not chains. Nonetheless, we are glad that everything was resolved.
