Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. We apologize for the inconvenience that our service caused you.
Our drivers do their best to honor the 7-10 days estimation. Driving across country is not easy for the drivers and depending on weather, traffic, truck problems and possibly even other customers, delays can occur. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse for rental or late fees.
We are constantly working with the drivers to meet their scheduled times and be more consistent about it. Thank you again for the feedback; we will use this information to improve our service in the future.
