Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. It is regretful that you had such an awful experience with us.
We take importance in delivering a customer’s vehicle in the same condition it was picked up. If we find that there are damages that was caused by our truck, we definitely take full responsibility. We apologize that we could not come to a compromise to settle this claim.
The driver in this case is no longer working with us. I assure you, we have drivers that know how to transport a vehicle correctly. Thank you again for the feedback; we will use this information to improve our service in the future.
