After thoroughly researching auto transport services I selected 1Flat-Rate due to the competitive quote and the excellent customer service feedback provided on-line through other customer reviews. I spoke with Ray on several occasions. He was professional, provided accurate reliable information and was honest. He sent an email of the quote immediately after providing the information verbally. The car was picked up on the second day of the three day window and was delivered within 5 days in the same condition as when the car was picked up. The driver spoke broken English but was very friendly and did contact me the day prior to the delivery with an anticipated arrival time. The car was delivered on the date he indicated. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend 1Flat-Rate to anyone considering transporting their vehicle.
