I never used a vehicle transport service before. I read about horrible services online. This company has an a plus rating on the BBB website. Unable to find another auto transport co. w/an a plus rating. Donna B is awesome. Consummate professional. Only gripe is that I wasn't told the payment should be broken up into One flat rate and also one to the driver. Minor. Overall, fantastic! 600 from Tampa to Memphis,about the same price I would have pd for airfare plus gas plus food for someone to drive it for me. My car was too big to tow on the back of a moving truck (Pacifica). No new dents or scratches on delivery.
