I was a bit apprehensive using a transport company as I have never done anything like this before. Searching the internet, I found several transport companies but none that had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. This meant a lot to me so I chose 1Flate-Rate. Brenda Garcia was my contact person and she communicated with me through every step of the process. The original driver that accepted the job had a personal emergency to take care of and 1Flat-Rate found another driver right away. My truck arrived a day earlier than expected in perfect condition. This was my first experience with a company like 1Falt-Rate and if I ever need to schedule another transport, I will 100% be using the services of 1Falte-Rate. Thanks!! :)
