This is the first time we use ZipShip and were extremely satisfied with the handling of our vehicle from start to finish. Our representative Laura Gentry was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also did what she said she would do. She was ALWAYS available to take a phone call. Kudos, Laura.. I am sure being a woman in the transport business is not easy, but not only did you know your job well, you did it BETTER than anyone else!! Thanks for making our transition easy.
