I needed 2 cars transported (Porsche & Scion) to Florida from NYC and after exhaustive research settled on Zip Ship due to positive posted reviews. Upon calling Zip Ship, I spoke with Laura Gentry and she was very thorough in explaining the procedures involved with getting the two cars transported. Laura was always calm and well spoken and explained in detail the costs and concerns in getting the transports done. Laura's no-pressure approach was welcomed and she took further calls from me and was always a pleasure to speak with. She setup a time for the pickup and drop-offs and the driver was there just as promised. Laura gave us an exact fee and we paid the deposit and paid the balance to the driver upon drop-off just as she described. No hidden fees or scams and a positive experience, I highly recommend Zip Ship and would use them again if the need arises. A++ service and professionalism.
