Alex was great to deal with and I''d recommend her to others all day. She took over my move and it was an excellent experience. The reviews on Zip Ship were true to my experience of great customer service, communications by email, texting and phone. Dedication to move the vehicle came through over and over with Alex as she too has a relationship with the trucking companies. Will work with Alex again on my next move, you won't be disapointed with her policy to not charge a broker fee until the car is picked up. Car delivered a day early by a good driver without any issue.
