I had no prior knowledge on how the business of auto transports worked. Alex Bond made the entire experience a worry-free one. The truck I had transported had its own issues. Being larger than expected and finding a carrier to accommodate its size would prove to be a challenge...but not for Alex. This entire ordeal could have had an unhappy ending, had I gone with another company. Alex accepted this seemingly impossible transaction with ease. She was there for us every step of the way, and worked through every major glitch that seemed to be lurking around every corner. No matter when I called her, she was always available. To know that someone with experience, dedication, and never ending stamina is taking care of such important issues, we knew our truck would arrive as promised. A definite bonus to working with Alex, while being extremely professional, she made me laugh. Thanks Alex. :)
