DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were guaranteed by yellowfin to ship our personal vehicle across the country as part of a cross country move after paying a deposit and obtaining a signed contract. We called to confirm THE DAY BEFORE IT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP and the canceled on us saying it was not their problem and totally washed their hands of us. The only person I was allowed speak to in the office was named Vonnie the so called manager who was absolutely no help stating “sometimes this happens with a logistics company” and she refused to put me in contact with anyone use and refused any sort of help finding an alternative plan or saying she would cover the difference in price as now we are scrambling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
