Honestly, Im not a big review guy, but my second time using Xpress Auto Shipping, and once again, Eric delivered outstanding service. I couldn't just let it go. He helped me ship my vehicle from North Carolina to New York City, and the experience was just as smooth as the first time. What impressed me most was Eric's persistence and dedication. There were times when finding a driver was challenging, but he never gave up. He stayed locked in, kept me informed, and continued working hard until he found the right driver for the job. Not only did he come through for me again, but he was even able to secure a better deal than the first time I shipped my vehicle. His professionalism, honesty, communication, and commitment to his customers are second to none. When you find someone reliable, you stick with them, and that's exactly why I came back to Eric for a second shipment.
