i had very awful experience with this company to ship my car. initially, i was told the pickup date is 10/27 or 10/28 so i planned to leave origin on 10/28 but they didn't show up on either date giving some fake reasons. Can someone imagine what it feels when you are all planned to leave a place and your car still has to leave behind. They showed up only 3 days after 10/28. Also, initially, i was told $450 (plus gift card) so i went ahead and made reseravation for 10/27 or 10/28. On 10/27, they contacted me stating "cheaper connections" not possible to pick up my car immediately so they can try alternatives if i'm willing to pay $500. As i've only 1 more day left, i had to say YES. still, on 10/28, i was told again some traffic/mechanical problems with the truck and that they have to choose another truck for pickup so price has to be increased or gift card has to be forfeited and again, i had to say YES. I'd highly recommend not to do business with this company.
