I originally booked my shipment through Envision brokers in Florida - they contracted this company to ship my car. Pickup was within two days of the availability date, four days ship time, which is ok. The driver arrived and was very friendly, although a bit taken aback that I found obvious scratches in the roof where a chain had been dangling from above. This was noted on the delivery form. After he left, I discovered the nice rubber 'Monster Mats' that were in the car when it left Wisconsin were, gone; not only that the driver's floor area was now covered in mud. A call to the supposed supervisor a few days later was met with empty promises to "look into this". So the missing mats plus repairing the scratches are going to cost me another $200-300, and this shipper seems unwilling to cover it. Would I use them again? No - I would contract one of the larger companies that own their own trucks and are more responsible and willing to cover their damages.
