This story has a happy ending.
Had what started out as an unpleasant experience with United Road. On a recent move of a car I bought, the driver's unprofessional behaviour upon arrival was reported and, after being personally contacted by United Road's upper management, they made a refund and took all the steps to satisfy my complaint. I have to say they went way beyond the expected and made good on what most companies would have just paid lip service to and written me off as a dissatisfied customer. United Road has made a loyal customer out of me and I will use them on any future transport I have.
