A previous company canceled last minute. I called Ultimate and Jason answered.. He was efficient, extremely helpful all while being empathetic to my situation. He was able to coordinate getting my car shipped the same day. The contract and payment were easy. I received updates along the way. The driver delivered my car in excellent condition within the time frame that was promised. I highly recommend Jason and our driver. It was a smooth transaction.
