Riley took the lead to guide me through the process. So personable and professional! My only suggestion for improvement is making sure that the customer fully understands the payment process. I had questions about this with my shipment, but Riley was right there to provide some more guidance. My buying process went through a couple of delays but again Riley was very understanding and patient with the process even though it was out of our control.
