This is by far one of the best customer service experience I've had in a while. Ultimate Auto Shipping deserves more than a 5 star. I had the pleasure of working with a Pat Lynch to transport my car from NJ to Florida, he was in no rush to get me to sign a contract like the other Brokers I called. Instead he took the time to explain the services offered along with providing resources to further educate me on making the best selection and identifying fraudulent ones as well. The price quoted never changed and although there was a minor setback with the carrier that was initially selected, Pat ensured I was never impacted, and immediately resolved the issue as soon as notified. Like I said, this is one of the most professional, reliable and hands on approach I've experienced in a while. My vehicle was delivered today, and before the carrier left, I received a call from Pat Lynch just to confirm that vehicle was delivered and I was satisfied with service received. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Ultimate Auto Shipping.
