US Roads Inc. ended up transporting my vehicle even though they were never the carrier assigned by my broker. Their driver arrived late, was rude and unprofessional, and demanded an extra $100 in cash for personal items in my vehicle.
Upon delivery, I discovered nearly $1,500 worth of belongings—including designer sunglasses and bags—were missing. The driver even used profanity when speaking with my broker’s representative.
This company’s conduct left me with $3,000 in total losses and significant stress. I would strongly caution others against using US Roads Inc. based on my experience.
