Car was delivered with damage to the driver's side door. Driver told me the damage was already there when he picked up the car. I did not mark anything on the bill of lading, not realizing that would be used against me later. Contacted the person where car was picked up from, found out that there was no damage on the door when car was picked up. So, I was lied to by the driver.Tried to contact US Body shop many times, no one would return my phone calls. Was told if it was not marked on the bill of lading and I signed it, it was my problem. Also found out his insurance has a $1,000.00 deductible, so the damage would have to be covered by US body shop. A month later, still nobody has returned my calls. Very poor service, would not recommend them to anyone.
