Jim was the absolute best! I was originally quoted $700 to ship my truck. When it come time to ship the truck the price changed to $800. I called absolutely irrate and mad and expressed that to Jim. I threatened to switch companies and he assured me they all would say the same when it comes time to ship. Quote me low and then wants 5, 6, or $800. He promised if I could get it cheaper somewhere else he would pay for the whole cost! I worked with another company while Daniel keep my shipping order on hold. He was right, everywhere company was quoting low and then the driver would jump the price a couple hundred. Needless to say I stayed with Trustline Carriers and Jim paid $50 out of his commission to keep me shipping with them. Thanks again Daniel for being so honest and working with me!
