You allowed a window of Monday and Tuesday available for pickup ONLY!
Sure you placed the order earlier, but carriers don't look at orders until they are available- ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE 524 OTHER ORDERS AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM! I told you this and due to the TINY window for pick up also told you it would cost much more- you were not willing to pay for expidited service. You placed an order that had ZERO CHANCE OF HAPPENING. I worked on nothing else for those 2 days- and this is the outcome... I am sorry it didn't move, but you need to listen to the consultant and respond accordingly. When you DICTATE your terms, you can't DEMAND RESULTS.
