I didn't get to CHOOSE my shipper - this was done by the manufacturer of the spa cover that I ordered. Once my order was completed and handed off to Trend Transport - it sat and sat and sat and sat on a dock somewhere in California.
I reached out to ensure that it would arrive when we are on vacation, and was literally told, "Oh it's still sitting on the dock and we have no idea when it will move from there, so we can't help you."
That's probably the worst customer service I can imagine from a transport company - thanks for understanding that my $900 spa cover will sit on a patio on a busy street and likely not be there when I return if you don't schedule your delivery. It should have arrived a month ago - I'm not complaining that you're busy - i'm upset because you aren't listening AT ALL about the situation you've caused and working to rectify it.
