I was transferring my vehicle from Miami, Fl to Colorado Springs,Col. I spoke to Tim at Transport services who explained to me the differences between broker services and carrier services. Tim advised me that his truck could not pick me up within 24 hours because it would be 24-48 hours with their "Expedite Service" and if the truck did not arrive within 24 hours, he would be lying to me. I decided to go with the (anonymous) broker because of the great price and his "promise" to be picked up within 24 hours, even though Tim had explained to me that the "low-balled" price would not move the car. Sure enough, Tim, was right. Three days passed and the broker was then asking for more money to get the car moved! I disputed the charge with my credit card company and called Tim back. Tim was very professional and explained that he was not happy to hear what happened to me, but he was happy that he could help.

I then used the Expedite Service (24-48 hrs) with Tim . My car was picked up in literally 30 hours and was delivered in 9 days (7-10 day transport) I wish i could have tipped Tim because he went above and beyond even though I decided to make the wrong decision because I was fooled by a cheap price.

GO CARRIER TRANSPORT SERVICE! GO TRANSPORT SERVICES !!!!!!!
