After my sales person sold me on the fact that Transport Services was a owner operator that ran their own trucks and how it was a bad idea to use a broker as they did not have a vested interest in the transportation of your vehicle, they had the audacity to send another trucking company out to pick up my vehicle. I specifically asked what the lettering on the transport vehicle would say, and was told in no uncertain terms "Transport Services." Unbelievable another trucking company came. When I questioned the driver he explained that he had been brokered by Transport Services to move my vehicle. I can't believe my representative would bold face lie to me like that. Needless to say I will never use Transport Services again and would never recommend them to anyone.
