RALPH,
This is the trucking industry and we really apologize about the delay. We have already offered to refund the customer. Our customer services called you every day and told you about the delay . We do not guarantee pick up dates for a reason. Our driver was running one day behind schedule and was going to drop off the car on the same day we had told you. So the service we were going to provide was going to be the same services you requested. Once again this is the trucking business and not everything can go to plan , once again we are sorry for the inconvenience. If there is anything we can do , just let us know.
