I had a short (3 day) window for pick up time and was reassured that this company Brandon sold me on the fact that this company had their own trucks and could dicate pick up better than an indenpendent contractor. When i expressed my cncern and asked if i could put this into the contract he said he would speak to his manager and the reult was "yes" .

I therefore altered the contract to reflect they must pick up the vehicle in this time span and dleiver it in another time span or I wanted to cancel the contract. They accpeted these terms and took my deoposit.

Needless to say this did not occur and even worse there was no communication oon their part. i had to call them at least 5 seperate times and each time they were going to call me right back wih a time for pick up and that never occured.

They now refuse to refund my deposit even though they perfomed no service. Ridiculous ! I am in the process of contacting the Florida attorney general, and of course the BBB.

I would not do business with tis comapnay. They claim 5 star service and I feel its a 5 star scam.
