My husband was relocating from Ca to Al, I iniated the bidding process on line adn within minutes Samantha called and provided quotes on both same day P/U and normal p/u immediately. All questions were answered immediately, no wait time on phone and customer service was exceptional, very prompt and straight forward. Contracts were signed the same day inital contact was made, and p/u for the following day was confirmed. Driver was in contact by eob the day he was assigned to ld. and confirmation on p/u mad. driver maintained contact through out the entire process and the deliver took less than 10 min. driver was very respectful and efficient. I recomed the services of Auto Transport Inc. to anyone looking to transport any tyoe of vehicle.
