I have not yet completed the shipment of my vehicle to Ky from AZ but I do want to comment on the exceptional customer service I have received and continue to receive while working with your employee, Ryan Mahoney. I have been so impressed with his responsiveness and attention to customer service. He is truly an amazing employee and if you are fortunate enough to have a couple more employees like Ryan you will be extremely successful.

Customer service and an attitude of service is what I have always experienced in every conversation I have even had with Ryan and I assure you we have had many conversatios over the past 8 months or so.

Thank you for hiring someone like Ryan, he is truly a very valuable asset to your company and he is the reason I would use your transport services now and in the future and I would not hestitate to recommend Ryan and Transport Services to anyone asking for a company and a person who is truly a pleasure to work with if you are moving a vehicle.

I hope you value and reward Ryan and all employees who exhibit this extra-ordinary customer service ability to insure that you are able to keep someone of his caliber because I know very well that people and employees like Ryan are rare and extremely valuable.
