Bill was very friendly and easy to work with. He ensured me he would work fast to get me the best deal and the quickest transaction. I heard back from him with a carrier in less than 24 hours. He put me on the phone with both himself and the carrier service which allowed for all of my questions to be answered quickly and accurately. I feel I received a fair price for my shipment, and the car arrived in half the time I expected. The driver was also friendly and easily accessible. He worked with me and the person on the pick up side of the transaction closely to ensure the times and locations of pick up and drop off worked well for us. I feel Bill gave me excellent customer service and found me a reliable and trustworthy truck to bring me my new vehicle. Thanks Bill!
