Bill's quote was $300 and everyone else's was $400-500+. At first I was skeptical but Bill got me exactly what he said he would with no problems whatsoever. I've read some reviews on other sites about Bill being gruff with customers but my experience with him was that if you listen to him, don't give him a hard time, be direct and concise and put your trust in him he will get you what he promises. He's knowledgeable and is totally willing to explain every step of the process along the way.
