Transport Connection provided outstanding customer service when I shipped my Lincoln LS auto from California to Florida. Bill Avrich was consistently professional, providing expert information to someone who had previously never shipped a vehicle. Every step was explained, all questions were answered. He communicated regularly using both email and phone. At no time was I worried about my auto transport. Quality service was provided. Should I need to ship an auto in future, I will select this company.
