Bill was very knowledgeable and honest. He landed a carrier within minutes and had the truck picked up the next day. The carrier did a great job but could have been a bit more communicative as the drop off time moved around, but Bill helped get clarity when needed and the truck arrived in great shape.
I would recommend Bill to anyone.
