Bill was very timely and attentive. He communicated with us via telephone and e-mail every step of the way. The carrier he found for us also communicated with us often via telephone and we were very pleasantly surprised when our vehicle arrived at its destination in only 3 days. We had never shipped a car before and were quite nervous about who we could trust with our car and to give us a good price. We had a good experience with Bill and would go through Transport Connection again in the future.
