I'd never used a broker before but after reading all the reviews I decided to give Transport Connection a try and I'm thrilled to say I made the right choice. Bill is super friendly and won't give you the run-around. He knows how this business works and was able to rectify an unexpected cancellation from the transport company on the day they were to pick up the car. (they claimed they were unable to reach my sister who had the car in Georgia) I immediately called Bill and needless to say he made sure they picked up the car and shipped it as quoted. The car even arrived a day early! Bill gets things done and gets them done right!
