I was very skeptical about the whole idea of dealing with brokers to get my car shipped. When I received a call from Car Transporters, my fears were eased by the knowledge and willingness of Elizabeth to clearly provide answers to all of my questions (which many other brokers did not have the patience for). After initially speaking with Elizabeth, I requested for her to email the answers to all of my questions including the quote, which was promptly delivered.

It took weeks for me to make a decision on which broker to choose but after comparing prices and the information that I received from various brokers, I chose Car Transporters. Really I chose to have Elizabeth as my broker; I chose to have her over company names. And of course the reviews from this website was a good selling point as well.

The only problem I encountered was not being able to get in touch with Elizabeth for three days when the first carrier canceled on me. After finally speaking with her, she was able to find another carrier within a few days and everything else that followed went well. There was a very small price increase, which didn't bother me and my car was successfully shipped within five days from Pennsylvania to California without any more problems.

Despite the minor setbacks, my overall experience was wonderful. Elizabeth is a great reflection of this company and I would definitely consider using Car Transporters again.
