As a first time long distance classic car buyer, Jeff Shaffer of The Car Shipping Company made the transporting and shipping process as swift and worry free as can be expected. He even coordinated the majority of the move before I even paid him a single penny! His responsiveness to emails and calls were truly remarkable and contributed greatly in making me feel at ease about the whole process. Especially after reading about all the horror stories regarding other transportation/shipping companies out there. He even offered his valuable input when I was having some difficulty closing the deal with the seller. A true testament to the level of customer service his company offers. Although I have not used any other transporter/shipping company to compare with, I cannot imagine there is someone else out there who does a better job than The Car Shipping Company!
