If I could give zero stars, I would! My son requested delivery of his truck from Washington to Virginia. The pickup of the truck was delayed due to a breakdown and the delivery of the truck was delayed by a week due to another breakdown, but this was after they were already late by 3 days. Dispatch employee had no empathy for our inconvenience. Poor communication and no updates until the truck was already late by 3 days. My son chose this company because they were near his military base. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research and choose a better company.
