Please don't work with this company. They are worst and worst company. Load id: 301260126. They marked to pick up estimated 26th. And because of truck issue, we called to them and asked to wait one 1 day if pick up is flexible. If it isn't flexible, we did our best and gave option which is my driver can go to the pick up location and drive the car on the trailer. Because our truck is broker down. But he keep said NO NO NO. When we was doing conversation, they blocked me. When we contact the customer, then we knew, they haven't even signed contract with the customer. And customer worked with another company. Because of their no professionalism, they lost their customer and gave us negative without any reason. They are broker and they don't have driver. PLEASE BE AWARE. CHECK THEIR RATING on Google, yelp, transport reviews and all available review platform, they are worst company. I don't recommend to work with this company. That is why, i am giving 1 star review!!!!
