They say they’ve been in the logistics market for 10 years already, and when it comes to how fast and responsive they are, there’s no other company like this. First, I tried to check their customer support and left a callback request. I know that pretty often such requests are left with no attention whatsoever, and I was really surprised when they contact me back soon. After I’ve described what I needed, I was assigned a personal account manager and my cargo was delivered door-to-door with no problems! And even more, thanks to satellite navigation, I was able to track the cargo online. My shipment required a few transport types – a vessel and a road truck, but this company has carried out everything brilliantly, with no delays and damage to cargo. I’ll definitely give them another call.
