They make me to pay for the full transportation cost of my car. Then they use a different carrier to transport my car and did not pay that carrier. Therefore he refused to deliver my car. After so many attempts to have TAU LOGISTICS to adress the situation, they did nothing. So they only way for me to recovermy car was to pay the actual carrier. So I paid twice, that was back in June and until today TAU LOGISTICS never adress the situation.
