I accepted an offer to transport vehicles from VA to TX for a quoted price and a pickup date of 3/24/2026. When the scheduled pickup date arrived, they did not have a transport with working equipment (winch). In order to find another driver with working equipment (winch), they increased the pricing almost 2-1/2 times. And, if I agreed to the higher pricing, they had a driver who could pickup that day. Unbelievable how they can consistently lie and mislead a senior citizen. When I cancelled the contract for failure to deliver and meet their obligations, they refused to remove my job from the Load Boards, which prevents me from seeking others to handle my project at a better price. No one will accept a new project if the same project is still on the board at a higher price. I have demanded them to remove my job from the load boards and as of this posting, it has not been done.
MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWIFT AUTO HAULING & FREIGHT
