I was searching online for somebody to haul my car. I happen to get a email from this company quoting me a price to move my car from Georgia to Florida, which was a good price at the time so I went ahead and went with them. On the day of the pick up Driver wanted more money for the hall at this point I have no choice but to go with him because I needed my car down and I already had put a deposit with this company. The broker Hazel was very nice and friendly throughout the process of the initial booking. I will say this about Hazel. She is very nice and professional and tries to do her best with any given situation. The only thing I do not like them is that they don’t work Sundays most companies like this run seven days a week. After agreeing to pay more for my car to get haul it. My car got picked up on a Friday afternoon did not get delivered until Monday late night mind you my car was only traveling 675 miles. On pick up I asked the driver when my car would be delivered. He stated Saturday Saturday came around. He did not deliver it. Sunday came around no call, No show try calling this company, but they don’t work Sundays, which is bad customer service because I did my initial booking with them. I did not get a call from them until Monday morning. That’s when Hazel sprung into action and started calling the driver to see where he was at. Luckily I had a GPS tracker on my car. I let her know where my car was sitting. The driver stopped driving 30 minutes away from the drop off location since Saturday at 10:30 at night and did not move until Monday at 8:30 at night. Bad business there because the driver did not communicate to me nor did he tell me there was an issue or anything like that. I will say this. This company needs to look into hiring their own driver. the driver they used was a third-party company from this company American transportation LLC. Overall, not too great of a experience. Not too bad of experience. That’s why I gave them four stars and that is only because Hazel did her part for me throughout the whole day on Monday. Stay updating me hour by hour letting letting me know what’s going on as she stated that she will have my car delivered by the end of the day, which she delivered on her word. I will say this. If you guys use this company and make sure you grab Hazel as you’re broker. She will go to bat for you and make sure she makes things, right.
