BAIT AND SWITCH
In the beginning Mark was very helpful assured us of a set price and was very accommodating. Closer to pick up, more money was requested “for the driver” so my promised payment amount went from $900 to $1150 last minute. They quoted the driver a different price so he asked for an additional $50 at drop off. I was promised I would be refunded that $50 which now made my total $1200. After I had already signed paperwork stating $900. 2 weeks later I have yet to receive my refund and they have been begging for a good review. BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST.
